ZISCOLOR

ZISCOLOR® is a dope dye technique where compounds including dyestuff are added during spinning. Dye completely permeates the core of the fiber, creating a vibrant color and luster with excellent color fastness. Sunlight additives can also be added to enhance UV resistance.
ZISCOLOR® is machine washable, durable, and customizable depending on client requirements or end use applications. ZIG SHENG can apply specialized techniques or additives during spinning to produce high filament yarns, UV resistant yarns, moisture management yarns, far infrared energy yarns, and anti-microbial yarns etc. Functionality is incorporated into the fiber itself to ensure lasting effects.

No Dyeing or Finishing Required

Highly sustainable dope dye is introduced directly during spinning to eliminate the dyeing and finishing process.

Conserves Energy and Reduces Waste

Dope dyes do not require dyeing solution and therefore greatly reduce water usage, conserve resources, and cut carbon emissions.

Color Fastness to Washing

Excellent color fastness. A uniform distribution of dyestuffs is inside the fiber.

UV Resistant

Dope dye yarn is UV resistant and has excellent fastness to sunlight.

Dope Dye Lowers Production Costs!

Dope dye eliminates the need for dyeing and finishing equipment or processing; reduces chemical dyeing agents and waste; and does not pollute the environment. This helps to reduce production costs during dyeing. Dope dye can account for a more than 50% reduction in dyeing costs while directly contributing to the human health and our planet.
