Industrial Wastewater Treatment

ZISECO® industrial Continuous Membrane Filters (CMF) have a filter made of Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material and the surface of the membrane is further divided into a lose bundle or compact design. The membranes can be embedded with air-purge connectors that make the membrane fibers easier to clean. Our specially developed core membrane production technology has the advantages of good outflow rate and quality, a small footprint, energy conservation, high contamination resistance, and strong chemical resistance. The membranes are well suited for application in drinking water purification, waste water treatment, and water recycling; as well as process and waste water treatment in industries such as electroplating, semiconductors, and Mobile Bio-Reactor Systems (MBR).

Principal Technology and Benefits

  1. Small pore size, high flux flow, optimal filtration efficiency
  2. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane fibers are contamination resistant with excellent oxidation resistance, mechanical strength, and a long service life.
  3. The membrane fibers are made with modified hydrophilic technology to enhance contamination resistance of the filter and ensure that the membranes are easy to clean and replace for continued operation.
  4. The external pressure design traps more contaminants inside the membrane fibers and reduces the risk of clogging to ensure high flux flow.
  5. The membranes are ideal for high-intensity backwashing and pressure washing with high cleaning efficiency, good flux recovery, and a high system recovery rate.
